Lemon water ice.
Ingredients:
Water, lemon juice from concentrated juice (15%), sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, coconut oil, LACTOSE and MILK proteins, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium bicarbonate), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sucrose esters of fatty acid), stabiliser (locust bean gum), gelatin, salt, flavouring.
May contain egg, soya and nuts (almond, hazelnut, pecan, pistachio).
Store at –18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
